Life guide who helps you dare more
Carlien’s journey began far from retreats. As a child, she wanted to be a CEO. An existential crisis changed her path. At McKinsey & Co, she felt misaligned. Instead of resisting, she listened and rebuilt a more meaningful life. Now, she helps those who feel their lives don’t fit.

Psychedelic guide who sees you
His approach is warm, direct, and tailored to the individual. Through dialogue, bodywork, breathwork, and plant medicine, he supports clarity and grounded transformation.
No. Some participants have experience, but most are completely new. What matters more than experience is readiness to approach the work with respect, preparation, and commitment.
This retreat is for curious adults who feel ready for meaningful inner work. It asks for openness and commitment to change. It is not designed for thrill-seeking or “experience hunting,” but for those genuinely interested in personal growth.
All participants complete a medical and psychological screening questionnaire to ensure the retreat is a safe and appropriate fit. If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to join a weekly info session or schedule a call to explore alignment.
Safety is central to how we work. Every participant completes a thorough medical and psychological screening questionnaire beforehand, and we actively support you in preparing mentally for the retreat.
We work in small groups to ensure maximum personal attention, guided by a professional team with over 30 years of combined experience. The retreat is carefully structured and followed by dedicated integration support.
While inner work can be intense, we prioritize informed consent, grounded facilitation, and ongoing care throughout the entire process.
Most participants are accomplished, high-functioning people who feel a quiet pull toward deeper alignment. Many have successful careers and full lives, yet sense there is more beneath the surface. The group is diverse in background, but united in curiosity and drive.
Fear is natural and welcome. Preparation helps you understand what to expect, and our facilitators remain present throughout the process. Challenging moments can arise, but when held with care they are often meaningful parts of the work.
We usually encourage participants to join independently rather than with a partner or close friend. This allows you to fully immerse yourself in your own process, without familiar dynamics influencing the experience. The retreat is held as an individual journey within a shared group setting.
